This is the gas type of COLO-1864 powder coating oven with same size, suitable for customers who require small dimension but electrcity is expensive in their countries. Thus gas heating is an ideal choice which provides a quick, clean, excellent heating with less energy expense.
COLO-1864 Gas Powder Coating Oven Features
1. Burning room is built at the back of heating room with a top fan, which features compact and space-saving.
2. PLC panel allows to set the required temperature and heating time accurately, also includes fan starting, alarm lights and emergency stop buttons.
3. The oven utilizes a sandwich panel design. Rockwool insulation of at least 100mm is inserted between galvanized inner wall and color-steel external skins, effectively minimums temperature dropping.
4. Equipped with high performance RIELLO gas burner fully burns of fuels, efficient and energy-saving.
COLO Powder Coating Oven Cart System
It is a superior solution that allows batch loading ofworkparts with an optimal use of the entire space, as well as carrying heavy elements using a small amount of force.
Standardly equipped with two carts:
Internal cart supplied in the form of a frame with high temperature bearings, designed for loading workparts participating in curing process inside the oven.
External cart is used to carry the internal cart for loading and unloading process.
Benefits: Each cart moving across the hall does not contaminate the inside of the oven. ensures high purity painted elements.
